The defense attorney is the only attorney that is mentioned in the Constitution (6th Amendment), I cherish the role of ensuring the right to counsel for every accused individual and the right to confront one’s accuser.
My initiation into trial work began at Stetson University College of Law in 1998. Renowned for its exceptional trial advocacy program, frequently acknowledged by U.S. 新闻与世界报道, Stetson provided a fertile ground for honing my skills through numerous mock trials on the 2001 Stetson Trial Team across Florida and the country.
